Sigue el liderazgo de la UC en la asignación de becas de ANID 2022

La Agencia Nacional de Investigacion y Desarrollo entregó más de ciento ochenta y un becas para estudiantes de la Universidad Católica de Chile para el curso de programas de doctorados nacionales en este año académico 2022. Permitiendo así que la UC mantenga el liderazgo que por tantos años ha ostentado en la asignación de becas ANID 2022. Destacó mucho en el proceso la dirección y proceder de la Vicerrectoría de Investigación.

El programa es la fuente principal de doctorados de país, a pesar de que este año se observó una baja del 8% en la cantidad de postulaciones. Fueron aprobadas novecientas becas regulares. Tanto el mundo de la investigación como el sector educativo se encuentran atentos a posibles cambios que se puedan realizar en este programa de becas ANID 2022, motivado a la baja en las solicitudes por parte de los estudiantes.

Próximos desafíos para las becas de ANID 2022

Sin importar el área de conocimiento en el que se pretenda desarrollar el doctorado, este programa aporta su apoyo financiero por un periodo de máximo de cuatro años; siendo uno de los retos a enfrentar motivar al grupo femenino a formar parte del programa. Otra debilidad es la poca participación que se evidencia por parte de estudiantes extranjeros, los cuales no se animan a implementar este instrumento de financiamiento.
